This course equips technical reliability engineers with the knowledge and tools to drive asset reliability and performance improvement. Designed for professionals responsible for implementing reliability initiatives and conducting data-driven analysis, the course covers a broad spectrum of essential topics.Participants will gain expertise in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), condition monitoring, lubrication management, precision maintenance, and work planning and scheduling. Advanced techniques such as Weibull analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and root cause failure analysis (RCFA) are also introduced to support strategic decision-making. By the end of the course, attendees will be able to design effective maintenance strategies, optimize asset care, apply proven analytical methods, and provide strategic reliability insights to maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
