This course equips aspiring vibration technicians with the skills to confidently collect and validate high-quality vibration data while beginning to perform basic analysis. Through advanced 3D animations and interactive simulations, participants will gain a clear understanding of condition monitoring principles, core vibration concepts such as waveforms, spectra, and key metrics, and best practices for capturing accurate, repeatable readings with the right sensors. The training also covers essential analyzer settings, alarm limit fundamentals, and how to identify common machine failure modes—including bearing faults, unbalance, misalignment, looseness, and resonance—giving candidates a strong foundation to contribute to reliability improvement through effective vibration analysis.
